Bluestem Celebrates Summer of Love
Summer is around the corner and it’s going to be filled with love as Bluestem Brasserie unveils their new Summer of Love cocktail menu. In conjunction with the 50th anniversary celebration of the Summer of Love, Bar Manager Abby Mills has created a special menu taking inspiration from the most popular songs and notable musicians from 1967 including Jefferson Airplane, The Hollies, Monkees and more.
The playful, refreshing cocktails will feature house-made ingredients, such as a Rhubarb-Apricot Shrub, along with other seasonal ingredients. The Summer of Love cocktails are $13 each and will be available in the restaurant and lounge throughout the summer.
