Start the night with their Macaroni & Cheese appetizer with butternut squash, mascarpone, and sage or enjoy Wild Mushrooms with barley risotto and parmesan. Get a dose of fall comfort food with their take on Burrata Salad complete with wild cress, acorn squash, and pumpkin seed pesto. Want a little squash on the side? Try the Fall Squash Purée topped with marshmallows and sage brown butter. End your day on a sweet note with Pastry Chef Cheryl Storm’s new Pumpkin Pie Pot de Crème with mascarpone cream, maple pepitas, and pepper shortbread or Pecan Pie Hole with whipped creme fraiche and your choice of sour cream ice cream or a fireball shot.

Monday: Duck Confit Pot Pie with pearl onions, butternut squash, duck gravy, and a thyme pastry.

Wednesday: Braised Short Rib with collard greens, potato purée, pepper cress, crispy fingerlings, and crème fraîche.
Thursday: Friendsgiving made with herb-roasted breast of turkey, confit leg stuffing, grandma’s cranberry sauce, and pan drippin’ gravy.
Friday: Fish Fry featuring a local catch, tartar sauce, poppyseed coleslaw, and malt vinegar chips.
Saturday: What’s Chef “Smoking?” Rotating protein served with baked beans, corn bread, black garlic BBQ sauce, and house-made hot sauce.
Sunday: Sunday Sauce with rigatoncini, crème fraîche, parmesan, fried rosemary, and garlic bread.
