In With The New At The Alembic

As the seasons transition, so does the menu at The Alembic. Get a sneak peek at a few new items on the dinner and cocktail menus!

 

New Dinner Menu Items:

  • Treviso Salad with chocolate persimmon, roasted black chestnut mushroom, rosemary candy, and Hungarian white truffle finished with a basil-mint infused purple sweet potato vine
  • Whiskey Shoyu and red beet poached Spanish octopus with young heirloom radishes, romanesco, and cauliflower finished with fried capers, spiced almonds, and Verde gel
  • Crisped Sweetbreads with chanterelle duxelles, purple shoya, confit shallot, and poached celery with saffron and chervil
  • Fennel salad with evergreen huckleberries and smoked quince sorbet

 

New Cocktails:

  • Okami – Evan Williams Bourbon, spiced pear liquor, Lucano Caffe Liqueur, Jamaican jerk bitters, grapefruit slice
  • Arno Punch – Skipper rum, Montenegro Amaro, lime, simple syrup, nutmeg
  • Arcadia – Highland Park Magnus, lemon, habanero-infused maple syrup
  • Collette – Argonaut Saloon Proof Brandy, sweet vermouth, Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro, orange bitters, tobacco bitters, lemon peel
  • Eggnog – Reposado Tequila, Oloroso sherry, dry curaçao, nutmeg
