Introducing Chef Todd Shoberg of El Paseo

The El Paseo team is thrilled to announce the arrival of Chef Todd Shoberg to the restaurant. Most recently the owner and Executive Chef of Molina Mill Valley, Chef Todd has spent his first month getting acquainted with the El Paseo kitchen team and testing recipes, finalizing a new menu highlighting seasonal ingredients with uplifting clean flavors from the bounty of Northern California’s coastal region.

 

“We are honored to have Chef Todd join our team,” Owner Sammy Haggar said. “The new dishes Chef Todd has been trying out on me are blowing my mind and the menu will be better than ever! I know his unique approach and commitment to detail are going to be well received by locals and visitors alike. I can’t wait to share the full menu with our loyal guests.”

 

With a pronounced knack for devising inventive concepts, Chef Todd is already well known in the area for re-shaping Piatti’s eight locations in addition to turning a neighborhood flatbread shop into the highly regarded Molina. Chef Todd intends to take full advantage of the highest quality seasonal ingredients here in Northern California.
