Service and Operations Consultant
Alison Arth partners with businesses to build long term success through establishing culture, cohesive brand identity, team training, and internal systems. She attended Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration before joining Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group where her role focused on operations and included leadership positions on the opening teams of DBGB, Boulud Sud, Epicerie Boulud, and the reopening of Cafe Boulud. Her aptitude for staff training, developing efficient systems, organization, and driving uncompromising quality in guest service earned her a project management position on their corporate team. Alison returned to her hometown of San Francisco and worked as a General Manager for the Delfina Restaurant Group and then as the opening Food & Beverage Director for The Battery. Alison specializes in pre-opening staff training and operations management as well as revitalizing employee and manager training programs in existing restaurants.
