Acacia House Announces Feast of the 7 Cultures

From December 18th to the 24th, Acacia House kicks off their first holiday season with a special weeklong dinner series hosted by Chef Cosentino. Acacia House’s first annual Feast of the Seven Cultures will offer a weeklong dinner event highlighting seven star-studded guest chefs who will each create a one-night-only tasting menu based on the country they represent (Mexico, France, Portugal, Germany, Spain, Italy, California), which all represent the seven wine regions in which the concept for Acacia House is based.


The six dinners will feature a 5-course menu with both plated and family-style dishes from the following chefs. Dinners are $190 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) with an optional beverage pairing for $95 and can be purchased through Tock. Two seatings are available at 5pm-6pm and 7:30pm-8:30pm, and a portion of proceeds from the dinners will go to our friends at the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund.

Tuesday, December 19th: Traci Des Jardins (Jardinière, San Francisco) – Mexico

Wednesday, December 20th: Abraham Conlon and Adrienne Lo (Fat Rice, Chicago) – Portugal

Thursday, December 21st: Paul Kahan (Blackbird, avec, Big Star and most recently, Publican Anker, Chicago) – Germany

Friday, December 22nd: Jamie Bissonnette (Toro, Boston) – Spain

Saturday, December 23rd: Staffan Terje (Perbacco, San Francisco) – Italy

Sunday, December 24th: Chris Cosentino (Acacia House, St. Helena) – California
