Cebuano Street Food Style Marinated Pork Belly with roasted squash and savoy cabbage salad

Miso Buttercorn Soba with bay shrimp, bay scallops, and lemon cream sauce
Pairing: Sofie – Saison/Farmhouse Ale
Kurobuta Pork Tonkatsu Rolls: taro marinated sliced pork belly, grilled and rolled with black pepper, negi, pecorino romano, and garlic. Panko breaded, deep fried, and served with a Japanese curried aioli. Vegetarian option available.
