Cooking with Friends at M.Y. China

M.Y. China is excited to be a part of The Chengdu Food and Culture Festival on Sunday, November 5th from 6-9pm. They’ll be welcoming Chef HaiYong Fu into their kitchen to partner on an 8-course dinner that will feature the best of M.Y. China with a Chengdu twist and the best of Chef Fu’s Chengdu favorites with a San Francisco twist. The dinner will include selected wines and a specialty handcrafted cocktail.  Chef/Partner Martin Yan will be hosting the dinner, which will also feature a special performance of Sichuan Magical Changing Face as well as a Noodle Pulling Demonstration from Executive Chef Tony Wu.
