CURIO DEBUTS A DELECTABLE WEEKEND BRUNCH MENU
Accomplished chef Mario Tolentino brings his expertise in Californian farm-to-table and Southern low country cuisine, as well as his mastery of seafood and meat butchery, to his regional American-focused brunch menu at Curio. In addition to several dinner menu signatures such as the Holy Grail Burger and the Shuck the Front Door seafood tower, guests can rehash stories from the night before over a slew of brunch dishes including:
- Buttermilk Biscuit Benedict with poached egg, 4505 maple sausage, jalapeno hollandaise, buttermilk biscuit, and collard greens ($15)
- Shrimp and Grits with wild gulf shrimp, six-minute egg, cheddar grits, and tasso ham gravy ($16)
- Everything Bagel Platter featuring salmon lox, six-minute egg, chive schmear, and pickled vegetables ($13)
- The Hangover Curio with two eggs any style, breakfast potato, littler gem salad and choice of toast; served with a choice of bacon, 4505 maple sausage or smoked pancetta ($16)
Seasonally-rotating brunch cocktails include frozen drinks with their own spin like Frosé with Lillet Rosé, Plymouth gin, Aperol, white peach, apricot, grapefruit, and lemon ($12) or the Bushwhacker with Western Grace brandy, Dandelion cacao, cold brew coffee, vanilla, coconut, curacao, and cinnamon ($12).
