New Private Label Cuvée

Owner Larry Mindel has a longtime relationship with the owners of Robert Craig Winery in Napa. As both customers and suppliers to Poggio, this has given the winemakers at Rober Craig the opportunity to partner with the Sausalito restaurant to custom blend a wine less heavy-handed and a perfect match for Poggio’s cuisine.


The Chef and managers at Poggio helped to taste and decide on a combination of varietals from Robert Craig Winery’s renown vineyard at the summit of Howell Mountain in northeast Napa Valley. The “Howell Mountain Cuvée” spends less time in new French oak barrels than Robert Craig Winery’s Howell Mountain release in order to make the full bodied fusion a wonderful compliment to Chef Ben’s dishes and serves as a tremendous value and a service to guests, available by the glass or bottle now until they run out!

OK, so maybe they’re a little early. But it’s officially past the halfway point to Christmas and Poggio wants to make sure you get the perfect venue for this year’s holiday party. How about a little incentive?
