High Top Flip Coffee Cocktail Recipe


Indian summer is on the way. That means it’s time to start getting creative in the kitchen and experimenting with warm weather cocktails (finally)!


Channel your inner soda jerk and impress guests with this delectable adult fountain treat.


3 oz milk
1.5 oz espresso
0.75 oz rum
0.5 oz orgeat
0.5 oz  Carpano’s Antica
4 dashes Angostora Bitters.
Top with soda


In the spirit of the float, the High Top Flip is both refreshing and intriguing to the palate.


Directions: Begin by pulling your espresso shot into cold milk to start the cooling process. Combine it with all other ingredients, shake lightly with ice, and be careful not to over dilute. Pour into a Collins glass. Add the soda while paddling back and forth to create the foamy top. Enjoy!
