Our mouths are watering for Piri Pica!

Industry veterans Khalid Mushasha and Telmo Faria (Uma Casa) will launch the fast-casual restaurant offering piri piri-style flame-grilled chicken, pork loin, shrimp, and vegetarian options served with house-made sauces next month. Piri piri-style chicken is a spicy dish with roots in Africa and Portugal. The signature piri piri chicken will be available as a quarter, half, or whole bird with spice levels customizable to the diner’s choosing. The menu also features hearty vegetarian options and Mediterranean-influenced side dishes alongside a locally-driven beer and wine list.
