Bay Area PRIDE Specials
The pandemic isn’t stopping this month’s PRIDE celebrations, they’re just going to look a little different this year. San Francisco is still honoring the 50th anniversary of Pride with many unique and exciting approaches. Our Bay Area restaurant community is stepping up to make this a memorable pride month packed with festivities that can be enjoyed safely at home, or in socially-distanced settings.
Celebrate Pride anytime this month with Canela’s Pride Sangria + Snacks Box. Get the party started with a Sangria Kit, fresh fried potato & sweet potato chips, rainbow candy mix, marinated Spanish olives, Manchego cheese, Spanish pork chorizo and Spanish rosemary crackers, with a colorful side of rainbow cocktail napkins. Available for pickup or delivery!
In Oakland, Israeli deli & eatery Pomella is making Italian rainbow cookies in several varieties to represent the rainbow flag, the trans flag and shades of brown to represent Pomella’s support for #blacklivesmatter. They’ll also be selling Virtual Pride, a celebratory IPA from Temescal Brewing.
It’s Pride Month at One Market, and they are serving up Prickly Pear Margaritas, perfect for kicking off the weekend celebrations. Sip on yours Wednesday, June 24, though Friday, June 26. The cocktail is available alongside One Market’s new Ultimate Prime Rib (or salmon!) Dinner.
