The Bay Area’s Must-Do Events
In celebration of M.Y. China’s 7th anniversary, the restaurant will be launching their annual crab menu. The special menu will offer 7 unique preparations of crab, all featuring two pounds of fresh Dungeness crab served in its shell. Available at market price, these dishes will highlight the crustacean’s outstanding natural flavor by skillfully pairing it with traditional Asian ingredients and cooking methods from 6 different Chinese provinces. The promotion will run from December 3rd through January 17th and will be available during both lunch and dinner service while supplies last. Each Dungeness crab is shipped to M.Y. Commons Club is excited to announce their launch of weekend brunch! Executive Chef Adrian Garcia has put his own flare on the classics, offering an array of seasonal options with a California twist that showcase ingredients that have been thoughtfully selected from both local purveyors and top producers around the world. Taking place in Commons Club from 7:30 a.m -2:30 p.m, this new offering is worth waking up for! Upside Down Tea, an event that would make the English swoon. Fitted with colorful sweets and an unconventional selection of boozy tea concoctions, this twice-only event will transport you across the Atlantic to a posh-er lifestyle. The menu takes a twist on the European afternoon tradition including a tea cocktail called the Golden Waffle Pearl (cinnamon toast crunch tea, sake, espresso cream) and a drink called Cherry Oh Baby (champagne and berries tea, gin, Chandon Rose and pomegranate)), finger sandwiches, macarons and pate de fruit. So what are you waiting for? Grab your friends and family and live like the royals for a day, fancy dress and decorative hats optional.

Perbacco is pleased to welcome the annual arrival of the prized white truffles. Truffles will be available throughout the holiday season from Monday, December 2nd through Tuesday, December 24th. Chef Staffan Terje will offer 4 dishes that pair well with truffles. Pebacco also will also offer truffles individually to any guest that want to purchase one for the table and have it shaved over each dish.

Executive Chef/Partner Benjamin Balesteri of Sausalito’s beloved Northern Italian trattoria, Poggio, celebrates Truffle Season with its 15th Annual Festa Del Tartufo Bianco is here through Saturday, November 23rd. Enjoy Alba’s tartufo bianco (white truffle) shaved tableside atop Chef Benjamin Balesteri’s house-made Piemontese classics. The menu includes:
- Carne Cruda | hand cut veal, quail egg, parmigiana reggiano
- Sformatino | roasted cauliflower, fonduta, medjool dates
- Tajarin | “al trentacinque rossi” the classic hand cut pasta, sage butter
- Francobolli | crescenza cheese filled pasta, brown butter, hazelnuts
- Risotto | acquerello 7-year aged rice, mascarpone cheese, chives
- Raviolo | ricotta and farm egg yolk filled pasta, brown butter
- Funghi Pizza | chanterelles, crescenza cheese, cavolo nero, garlic, farm egg
