Have your Negroni and eat it, too! Bluestem will be offering a Negroni Cake, an Orange Chiffon cake soaked with Negroni syrup, Negroni zabaione filling, and blood orange Campari butter cream created by Consulting Pastry Chef, Lori Baker. E&O Kitchen and Bar

This Negroni is for the dogs! E&O will be serving up their famous Three Part Negroni with a hint of turmeric, Campari, and botanical gin with fresh citrus. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Bay Area’s senior pup adoption center, Muttville.

Oakland’s favorite modern Spanish restaurant will feature both a special savory dish and a Spanish twist on the classic Negroni. For the savory dish, Chef Paul Canales, has created a Negroni-cured local king salmon. The salmon is quick cured with traditional Negroni ingredients, inspired by the French technique of curing salmon with white wine and herbs. For the cocktail, bar director Chase Henriksen will feature a Spanish 2 Step: rye, gin, oloroso sherry, and Campari. Proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry.

Poggio in Sausalito has been widely acclaimed as one of the best spots for a classic Negroni. This year to celebrate Negroni Week they will be featuring a six item Negroni menu with proceeds benefitting the SF Marin Food Bank. The featured cocktails are the

This year, after many requests Perbacco will be bringing back their famed Negroni Popcorn for the celebration. They will also be featuring an Olive Oil Semifredo with blood orange, Campari granita, compressed fennel and Castelvetrano shortbread. Proceeds for both will benefit Muttville.

One Market Restaurant

Head to One Market for a Classic Negroni with Portobello Road London Dry Gin, Campari, Vya Sweet Vermouth, and an orange twist. If you’re looking for a less traditional take on the cocktail, try their Agaveroni with La Gritona Reposado Tequila, Campari, Vya Sweet Vermouth, and a lime twist. Proceeds for both cocktails will benefit Muttville.

Spork, a modern American small plates restaurant in Pittsburgh will be mixing up a special Negroni cocktail menu and serving Negroni-inspired bites! Resident charcutier John Guisto will serve a Negroni Crostini topped with Negroni-cured Ora King salmon in lacto-fermented blueberry mustard. Proceeds benefiting Pittsburgh’s Rainbow Kitchen, a local food kitchen, in addition to $1 from every cocktail from the Negroni menu sold.
