Try Every Bowl at Ramen Nagi!

Ramen Nagi, Palo Alto’s newest ramen shop is getting steamy with the noods. Visit their first U.S. location and get a taste of noodles cooked to perfection in both traditional and fusion broths. With 5 different bowls to choose from and endless ways to customize, you’ll be sure to keep coming back for more.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Pick your ramen base — Original, Black King (squid ink), Red King (spicy), Green King (basil), or the Limited King.
Step 2 – Customize your flavor (or let the Master Ramen Chef decide!) — How strong would you like the flavor? How much oil and garlic? Do you prefer chashu (sliced pork loin) or kakuni (pork belly)? Would you like scallions or cabbage?
Step 3 – Decide on your noodles — Would you like them thick or thin? Firm, normal, or soft?
Step 4 – Top it off — add a little extra to make it your own by topping your ramen off with seaweed, additional meat, Japanese style eggs, and more.
