Dress for Success San Francisco is the local affiliate to Dress for Success Worldwide, a global nonprofit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. The organization raises money through an annual gala featuring hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, a fashion show, and silent and live auction. They brought on af&co. in 2017 to secure chefs for the gala and provide on-site logistical management to ensure the success of their cocktail reception and tastings by top female guest chefs. The result? We recruited top talent to participate and the nonprofit surpassed their fundraising goal.
