She got her start in the hospitality industry, where she spent a decade in front-of-house roles perfecting the art of exceptional guest experiences and supporting high-performing teams. In 2020, she shifted into real estate, where her focus naturally evolved from sales to office operations – the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running seamlessly. Blending her hospitality roots with operational expertise, she thrives on anticipating needs, creating solutions, and ensuring the people around her feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
Off the clock, Alex can be found hiking somewhere with a view, working on her golf swing, discovering new wineries, or curled up with her golden retriever. Her can’t-live-without food and drink pairings? A perfectly cooked steak (if it’s not rare, it’s wrong) with a well-crafted Old Fashioned, or crisp Blanc de Blanc alongside briny oysters – preferably with a salty breeze and good company.
