Julia ChildBorn and raised in Florida, Olivia moved to California to attend the University of Southern California, and thankfully didn’t feel too far from home with the sun, ocean, and climate. After graduating with a communication degree, Olivia felt that she had just started to discover Los Angeles and its complex food scene, urging her to stay and explore different neighborhoods, restaurants, and more.
Having grown up in a family whose love language was making food for others and hosting for the holidays, a big game, or just wine Wednesday, Olivia was naturally drawn to food & beverage communications. In her previous role at a PR and digital agency, Olivia focused on executing impactful strategic campaigns for national restaurant groups, local wine bars, catering chefs, butcher shops and more. Having a knack for communicating her client’s rich stories, Olivia has facilitated feature placements in outlets like the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Magazine, Essence, and CBS’s ‘The Dish.”
When she is not browsing round ups looking for where to book her next reservation, Olivia can be found making a fun-flavored matcha latte, at the ceramics studio, attempting to bake a copy-cat version of Tartine’s lemon almond poppy tea cake, or picking up a game of pickleball.
