CULINARY DESTINATIONS
Explore Our Work
af&co. has helped launch countless restaurants, hotels and CPG clients over our agency’s lifetime, and we thrive in telling the stories of our hospitality clients, from a new concept to a legacy business wanting to stay relevant. Whether it’s planning a culinary event, coordinating a wine release, or spreading the word on the newest dining destination, we leverage a solid combination of left-brain and right-brain thinking. For each project, we bring a creative edge to the table while keeping an eye on results. Take a look at some of our work to get to know our approach and impact.
The Ferry Building
San Francisco, CA
For nearly 125 years, the Ferry Building has been a steady symbol of the lifeblood of San Francisco—undeniably the signature of its skyline. Today, the Ferry Building remains that lifeblood symbol as we begin to emerge from a world-changing pandemic. And it’s not just bustling crowds at the Saturday Farmers’ Market. Brisk commuters grab a morning coffee, locals mosey around for inspiration, and travelers—returning once again—seek out a classic lunch on the Embarcadero.
The Culinary Institute of America
Napa, CA
The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Copia is an epicurean destination in downtown Napa, where guests can experience an array of enticing culinary experiences delivered by CIA chefs and experts. During the month of March 2024 to celebrate Women’s History Month, the CIA at Copia’s signature restaurant The Grove, welcomed female CIA alumni to showcase their culinary talents.
