Lauren is a public relations specialist with more than 15 years of experience representing some of the nation’s top restaurateurs, food and beverage companies, wineries, real estate developers, architects, and lifestyle clients. As an account director at af&co., Lauren oversees the development and execution of strategic public relations and social media campaigns. Her expertise includes media relations, branding, partnership development, promotions, key message development, and crisis communications. 

A native of Northern California, Lauren knew hospitality was in her blood from a young age. With her family’s roots in the olive oil industry at the historic Olivina Ranch in the Tri-Valley, she’s become a connoisseur of all things food and wine, exploring the Bay Area’s rich bounty of culinary offerings and traveling the world in search of adventure and good food. 

She consistently goes the extra mile to immerse herself in client work – from scaling the ski slopes for a media announcement to truffle hunting in wine country. A natural storyteller, she holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in History, bringing a thoughtful perspective on how the past shapes today’s narratives. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the East Bay or up in Lake Tahoe with her husband and two children.
